We Are Helsinki is a free city magazine about Helsinki, Finland. The magazine is published six times a year and distributed through over 200 distribution spots in Helsinki – shops, restaurants, bars, tourist information centers, museums and hotels. The A5-sized magazine is published in Finnish and English.

We Are Helsinki is published by We Are Publications Oy, which is a part of the Helsinki-based company The We Are Group.

The We Are Helsinki Weekly newsletter tells about the latest and greatest Helsinki events and topics through an email every Thursday. The free newsletter can be subscribed to in Finnish or English from www.weekly.fi.

The We Are Helsinki Weekly radio show brings Helsinki events and topics to Bassoradio. The radio show will be on air every Friday afternoon from 2pm to 3 pm. Bassoradio Helsinki can be found on your FM radio dial at 102.4 MHz, Tampere 103.1 MHz, Turku 101.9 MHz, Jyväskylä 99.7 MHz, Oulu 105.4 MHz or alternatively the show can be heard internationally on Bassoradio’s website.

Helsinki is a perfect place to enjoy design. One of the treasures is the Design District Helsinki, a cluster of creative businesses in the heart of the city. The area offers shopping, food, accommodation and experiences for both locals and visitors. With nearly 200 members, the Design District Helsinki comprises everything from design stores to galleries and workshops and from museums to restaurants, hotels and design agencies. The Design Museum, the Museum of Finnish Architecture and Design Forum Finland are also located within the Design District. The Design District plays a major part in boosting Helsinki’s role as a design city.
